Required Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience:
- Assist customers in locating desired items
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Handle cashier duties efficiently:
- Process cash and card payments
- Manage Lay-Bys and customer refunds
- Report discrepancies and issues to supervisors
- Maintain till accuracy
Conduct merchandising tasks:
- Ensure accurate pricing and attractive product displays
- Maintain product availability on the sales floor
- Uphold store cleanliness and hygiene
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions
Manage risk factors:
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding product tagging
- Participate in stock-taking procedures
- Monitor for shoplifting and fraudulent activities, promptly reporting any suspicious behavior to management
